Solved SteamID changed everytime?

Still my fucking steam ID is changing I don't no why
1 day my steam ID is
The other day opening same fucking game and my steam ID is:
My adminship is gone in many server due to this fucking bug.
As far as I know, I think some data has my 1st steamID linked to my ip. So my steam ID is getting changed again and again.
This is happening in a new server just made 3 days ago. [ZEDGE server]

My IP is dynamic , so I think that whenever my ip matches old IP My steam ID is changed to old.
Then on other day, my IP is new, It changes back to NEW fucking Steam ID.
Then on other day, my IP is new, It changes back to NEW fucking Steam ID.
That's what I asked earlier. Do you use multiple internet connections. Like broadband or mobile.
Everyone has dynamic IP address. But subnet is same. If your subnet changes as well. That's the reason of SteamID changing as SteamID depends on your IP and Mac Address.
