Seeking help #2: Weapon Reward after 25 kills

I am looking for a plugin that can automatically give the Navy (MP5) to a player as a reward for a 25 kill streak.
The basics on the server has weapons restricted to only use pistols. As a rewarding touch I thought it would be
cool (if possible) to reward players with a slightly better automated rifle after they make certain kills.
