Change this plugin as Config file doesn't matter for this plugin.
Sourcemod tries to make a cfg for this which contains RIS LOGO.

Maybe type this in scripting

AutoExecConfig(true, game_desc_override)

OR

Add hook ConVar change

Auto generation of cfg logic is already there.
However, a secondary config file is not required.
Will be updated.
