Vertigo submitted a new resource:

Admin Connect - Shows admin connect notifications to players.

This plugins notifies players when an admin joins the server. It also has feature to play sound on admin join. You can change the sound if you like.

Shop generally has modules for public use. Mostly abilities, equipments and effects.
I see no point in porting it to shop.
