This plugin or addon fixes CS:S v34 server bug with valve.rc file. On newer version of Linux distributions (Such as Ubuntu 16 or later, Debian 9 or later etc), CSS v34 server doesn't load properly and hangs on Unknown Command forever. This plugin fixes that and the server loads normally.
Note: This plugin doesn't require Metamod or Sourcemod. It is a standalone plugin.

- Download plugin zip file from this post.
- Extract the content of zip file and put into cstrike/addons folder of your server.
- Restart the server.
