I've never used vip plugin.. so no idea about it.. but still I believe these Gold-VIP , Silver-VIP etc are names (groups) created by server owners , just like indians created Super-Elder Elder-Admin :LOL: blah blah ..! So go ahead n create VIP groups with different privileges
