My exact message is : Player has left the game. (Disconnected by user)
This message is default from the game itself. Not from any plugin. But you can disable/change it using a plugin.
To disable various game related messages in chat (including disconnect message), use Chat Cleaner plugin.
To change the disconnect message, you can use a different plugin. I may post soon in future.

Add below line to root/.screenrc file.
Bash:
termcapinfo xterm ti@:te@
This will allow you to scroll back to see hidden lines in putty.

File names starting with dot (.) symbol are hidden files in linux. So you need to enable view hidden files setting in FileZilla or Winscp.

In Filezilla:
  1. On the menu bar, click on Server.
  2. Then select the option Force Showing Hidden Files.

    696
In WinSCP:
  1. On the menu bar, click on Options.
  2. Then select the option Preferences.
  3. Click on Panel from Left Column.
  4. Check the box, Show Hidden Files.

    697

I know this.
I already has done this.

In Putty:

I have typed nano /root/.screenrc
but there was nothing in it. Instead , I have created a new file named .screenrc in root folder and have that command[termcapinfo xterm ti@:te@] in it.

That file contains only that command and nothing else

That file is empty by default. That doesn't mean it does not exist.
nano command opens the file if it exists and creates a new one if it does not exist.
So I hope it's working for you now after adding that command.
