Solved What is the best stable configuration for linux?

I have an amazon aws account. I am confused which configuration should i go with? Which operating system is best to be stable?

Minimum Requirements : If you have these minimum requirements that means your VPS can handle 20 players perfectly and after 20 players count, you will get high CPU and Memory usage.

Recommended OS : Debian 8, Ubuntu 14, CentOS any version
RAM : 1 GB
CPU : 1 vcpu (1 core)
Bandwidth : 500 GB per month

Recommended Requirements : If you have these requirements then your VPS can perfectly handle 32 players with many plugins installed on server.

Recommended OS : Debian 8, Ubuntu 14, CentOS any version
RAM : 2 GB
CPU : 1 vcpu (1 core) or 2 vcpu (2 cores)
Bandwidth : 1 TB per month

Note : CSS v34 server has known issues on Debian 9/10, Ubuntu 16/18. So choose only if you can get Debian 8 or Ubuntu 14 or Centos 7. I recommend Debian 8. After that centos 7.

In terms of performance, Linux servers are better.
Windows servers are also good and easy to manage. But it requires more resources such as CPU, RAM etc. Which will generate more bills for you. If you are on free trial then your free credits will expire soon in windows server.

First, 128 tick server do not exist in v34. The max tickrate is 100.
And yes you can host a 100 tick server with 1 vcpu.
The more the tickrate, the more bandwidth server will utilize.
