It makes round pause for next round not for current round.

I wan to make round pause for current one.

That's how the timeout work in all other games. They do on next round not current round.
Because round start event is already fired.
In current round you can only do 2 things (keeping in mind that something doesn't trigger round end) :
1. Pause the server.
2. or Freeze the players.

And besides why would you want to freeze an on going round. Doesn't make any sense with context to warmod.

In CSGO, you can literally type a command which pauses the timer (mp_pause_match).
So thought that way, now I will go by your suggestion.

Yes, you can pause. But usually they do not do it. Only in emergency. They generally do once the round is done.
