No Head Shake - Prevents head shake on shooting on head.

This plugin prevents head shake (screen shake) effect when someone shoots you in the head, including teammates or enemies.

Requirements :

• Sourcemod v1.8 or Higher

That's a... weird plugin to put on a server. Head shake happens when you get hs'ed and you didn't buy a helmet.
