How to stop Bot Navigation Meshes Loading on new Maps?

I have seen multiple servers screeching the annoying Loading Map.... So here's a fix
Are u Still Seeing Loading Screens For New MaP?

Just move!
These Two Lines :

"bot_quota" "2"
"bot_enable" "1"

From cfg/server.cfg > to > cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg

Another way is to upload the nav files in your Fast-DL. (Long Process, but helps clients to not rebuild the nav files if they want to play the map locally.)
There is a plugin as well which completely stops this, even if you have those bot_* commands in server.cfg. (Another load on server memory)
