CSS v34 server only works well with Ubuntu 14.04 or lower, Debian 8 or lower, CentOS any version.
On greater versions, you will face this error. The reason is, Kernel version incompatibility with some of the 32 bits files.

However, If you type map map_name in console after this error, server will start. But some of the plugins will not work correctly. Even server also will behave abnormally.

The solution is to use one of the linux versions mentioned above.
