Error Details :
ClientMod Launcher needs DirectX 9 in order to run. This error comes because required version of directx is not installed on your computer. This error can also come even if you have higher version version of directx installed. But you need to install the required version of directx for CMLauncher.exe
Solution :
Download DirectX 9 from Here and install it.
If directx is installed successfully without any error then CM Launcher now can run. Open CM Launcher again to check.
