[CS:S] Players time out Bug

Good afternoon everyone, for some reason when my server is full 18/22 or 20/22, a strange bug appears, which causes the players to get Time Out, and votes for everyone, only 1 or 2 remain in the room, and it stays like this bug until I change the map, does anyone know how to solve it, I share my list of plugins. This bug appeared out of nowhere, it started to log out users, example: Player disconnect (Time Out) and it started to log out everyone.

I started looking for some kind of solution, and deactivated the skins but for some reason the bug appears, I have created another server in the same way, and will see if it is solved, but for a few days it was fixed and I returned to the same course again. I hope you can help me

I understand, but for example I have a skin from cs 1.6 to cs source, through Riko's VIP Skin, and I had this skin on another server that helped and did not cause problems, and on my own Linux server, many problems like that occur. style , why does that happen, or should I reinstall my entire panel?

Did u test sv_timeout "120" in server.cfg ?
