The plugin functionality will work, but chat messages won't. Because this plugin uses multicolor, and on CS:S v34, multicolors are not supported.

If you are hardcoding chat messages in code, then you should provide different sp and smx files for different games.
Otherwise just provide translations support, so users can edit chat messages as they like in translations file, with or without colors or with supported colors.
