Cheers !! Gun menu is now added in the Deathmatch plugin itself. You don't need to install it separately.
You can download the latest updated plugin from first post and update on your server.

Added new commands for Spawn Editor: !spawn_edit, !spawn_menu

Added respawn command: !respawn, !rpawn

Installation Notes :

Delete the old smx files.

Install the new smx files and restart server.
