check cstrike/cfg/server.cfg you need to set this command mp_footsteps 1 if you dont find mp_footsteps there add it and with this you can hear steps mp_footsteps 0

when i type rcon in console it show me this Unable to connect to remote server (164.132.34.154:27015) and i think it make lag in my server but time ago it was show me this bad password how can i change it to bad password or protect it
